Cairn in the Memorial Garden

Drop your cares. Offer your prayers. Making an outward and visible sign can release an inward and spiritual need. St. Michael’s now provides a tool of the ages and ancestors: a cairn. To the left of the altar in the Memorial Garden will appear what may look like a pile of stones. Each, however, was placed deliberately by hands that prayed. Bring a rock or take one from the nearby bucket. Feel it in your hands; sense your spiritual need; envision God’s ever-expanding willingness to love you through to peace. Drop the rock.
