August 8-18, 2014

This Lent, we immersed ourselves into a Celtic pilgrimage at St. Michael’s. Now in August 2014, our Finding (W)holiness pilgrimage heads to Scotland for retreat time in Iona and Perth, as well as time in the historic city of Edinburgh. Our trip includes 1 night in Oban; 4 nights in Iona; 2 nights at the Bield at Blackruthven—a beautiful, tranquil retreat center in Perth; and 3 nights in Edinburgh.

The cost of $2400 includes lodging (all private bath; most en suite), morning and evening meals, ground transportation in Scotland, and a wonderful guide from Wonder Voyage, our hosts for this pilgrimage. It does not include airfare from Washington, DC to Edinburgh (approximately $1500, though group booking may keep costs lower); trip insurance (a group rate will be negotiated); most lunches; or tickets to the Edinburgh Tattoo (optional). A deposit of $100 is due by July 15. The remainder of the $2300 cost is paid in 3 equal installments: October 15, January 15, and March 15. Payment for airfare will be due when booked at earliest window. Costs are guaranteed for 15 participants. This trip is open to anyone, so please pass the information along!

If you have questions or would like to reserve your spot, please contact Mother Leslie.
